Candidates should have

1. Ability and desire to work within a highly collaborative team

2. Teaching experience (preferred but not essential)

3. Ability to work with students who have English as a second or even third language

4. Ability and desire to work within a young, developing school

5. A willingness to take on class/other duties and responsibilities

6. Willingness to contribute to extracurricular and intramural activities

7. Graduate / Post graduate degree (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred but not necessary)

8. A good command over the English language
